Returns

To return any product from Mary’s Seeds we require that all items be returned within 14 days of receiving them. They must be in the original packaging with no visible evidence of tampering. Removing seeds from the original breeder’s packaging automatically voids any possibility of returning the products.

Any single seeds that are purchased from Mary's Seeds are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return of your seeds.

Return Address:

If your parcel is confirmed to have been delivered but you have not received your goods, it is your responsibility to raise this issue with the delivery company and obtain further information on the whereabouts of your parcel.

Any enquiries or complaints that mention or involve the germination or growing of Cannabis seeds will be ignored as we do not sell any product to be used in a way that conflicts UK or international law.

The germination of Cannabis seeds is illegal in most countries. It is a criminal offence under section 6 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the United Kingdom without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone found to be committing an offence contrary to this section may be imprisoned, fined or both. Mary’s Seeds does not encourage or promote anyone to break the law in their country and cannot be held responsible for the actions of anyone who purchases our Cannabis seeds.

Mary’s Cannabis Seeds sells Cannabis seeds exclusively to persons over the age of 18 years, and are sold as souvenirs, luxury bird food or for the purpose of storing in case of changes within the law in regards to the cultivation of Cannabis. By purchasing Cannabis seeds from Mary’s Seeds you are agreeing that you are aware of the law in your area regarding the cultivation of Cannabis and any further action you take in relation to the products you have purchased rests solely upon yourself.
