Payment

At Mary's seeds we like to offer a variety of payment methods to make it as easy as possible for you to expand you seed collections.
Our list of payment methods is expanding all the time, so check back regularly for more info.

If payment is not made within 24hours and we receive no email contact (we must hear by e-mail if you are using a slow payment method or plan on making a payment), your order will be canceled, and you will be required to make a new order.

We currently accept: 

Card (Temporarily unavailable)

Proceed through check-out and select 'card' as your preferred payment type.
You will be redirected to our secure payment screen where we accept most major credit and debit cards. For protection your purchase will show as on your account, no one will ever know what you've ordered.

Cash

Simply select 'cash' as your preferred payment method and complete check-out.
You must message us via either our contact form or by email with-in 4 hours of completing your purchase to inform us that you intend on paying with cash, or your order will be cancelled.
(Please include your order reference number)
Then send the total amount in cash (including postage) along with your order number to:

We highly suggest you send by ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed’, as this is the only method where you’re covered for any losses.
We accept no responsible for the loss of cash if you send by post, and so we recommend you send by the most secure, suggested, method.
We also recommend you send an email to 'Marysseeds@gmail.com' containing your order number and any tracking codes you may have obtained once posted to help us speed up your order.

Payment should be sent in GBP (£); If you can not acquire the exact amount, we will include extras to make up for any over-payment. Under payment may see parts of your order removed unless we have contacted you prior to receiving payment.

Bank Transfer

Proceed through check-out and select 'Bank Transfer' as your preferred payment type.
You will be given instruction on how to proceed with payment upon check-out and in your confirmation e-mail.

BitCoin

Proceed through check-out and select 'BitCoin' as your preferred payment type.


Cash & Collect

Mary's Seeds, in partnership with local head-shops, now offers Cash & Collect!

Customers of Mary's Seeds can now drop their cash off, in person, at a variety of locations.
You will then be able to pick up your order, usually two working days later, from the same location;
or if you have paid for delivery, it will be shipped the same/next day.

(Currently this payment option is only being trialed in the S. Yorkshire region.)

Late/delayed payment

If you receive an automatic email requesting payment and you make payment 48 hours after you placed your order, please send us an email to confirm your payment;
Our system will not notify us of payments made after the cut off period.
