How long will my order take to arrive?
Mary has various ways to get your package to you please see below the different tariffs.
Mary likes you for spending over £90.00! Carriage is free of charge for any UK order exceeding £90.00, and free for an international order over £100.00
Mary will always try to get orders as per your delivery request stock permitting, if we are out of your particular strain we will let you know within 24 hours of you making the order.
Order before 12 for same day order fulfilment.

Collect from any of our partner stores below, on average this takes 2 working days, you will receive an email notification when your order has arrived:

You will be asked to show your order confirmation; this can be a printout or on your phone/tablet/etc.
(Do not select this option if you can not collect - Collection orders are non refundable. We send our stock to our partnered collection points, this is why same day collection is not possible.)
1st Class - Signed for = £3.99
1st Class Stealth - Signed for = £5.99
(Our UK next day deliveries ship via Royal Mail, for the most part resulting in next day delivery, but as with all post, delays can occasionally be expected)

Next day before 1PM = £6.99
During busier periods, please allow upto 2 days for your order to be processed; Orders placed outside of working hours will be processed the next working day.
Stealth Packaging
All items shipped by stealth are removed from their breeders packs and packed discreetly with other items for your convenience.
We can include portions of breeder packaging on request, though this is not always possible, and may likely give away the stealth of your item.
Due to the repackaging, stealth items fall under 'single seeds' for return purposes.
What happens if you are not home
If you are not home when we deliver then you will have a card posted through your door to let you know that you have missed the delivery. It will then be available for collection for your local delivery office the following day.
Mary also delivers across Europe & the US
International rates vary dependent on your country, these will be displayed at checkout.
Mary's Cannabis Seeds accepts no responsibility with regards to the legality of your purchase within your country, it is up to you to check the laws regarding your country.
Any orders seized due to laws and legislation are the customers responsibility; Though we do package your seeds as discreetly as possible.
Most International orders arrive within 7-10 days, though in extreme circumstances it can take up to 21 working days (Mon-Fri).
We ensure international deliveries are sent out in good time;
Once international orders switch hands from our UK postal carrier to your country's carrier, we no longer have an influence over delivery time.
International orders are sent by 'Track and Trace', most countries will not require a signature if it fits through your mailbox.
We try where possible to negate the signature if requested/selected; though we recommend selecting the signed option if possible, as we can not guarantee the integrity of your local mail carriers, and this adds an extra layer of security.
If you miss your delivery it will be taken to your local mail depot and you will be left an attempted delivery card. Please collect your parcel from the address on the card, we accept no responsibility for items that have had an attempted delivery;
Though if your order is returned to us we will re-post it to you for the postage cost.
If you are using a PO BOX address, there is no option to track or sign; this means we can not be responsible for any items that do not arrive or go missing in transit. This is due to lack of tracking and delivery confirmation.
Guaranteed delivery - USA
At Mary's seeds we offer our US customers a chance to purchase our guaranteed service.
This means if your package is seized we will attempt a redelivery, free of charge.

Order being sent by "Urgent Stealth" require a phone number.
We do not resend if your order has been marked delivered or if a delivery has been attempted; This is to prevent fraudulent claims.
Tracking your order
You can follow the status of your order via the tracking link sent out with your delivery confirmation. In the event of your parcel being delayed we ask you to contact your local department with your tracking code and inquire with them as to its whereabouts.
We cannot be held responsible for the actions of your local mail service and your quarrel is with them.
We cannot be held responsible if you use a false delivery name and are unable to collect a missed order; we advise customers to use their real name on their orders unless you're sure you'll be available at the time of delivery.
In the event of a customer missing and being unable to collect an order, so long as your mail service returns your order to us, we will offer you a full refund for the value of your products.
If there is a problem with your order please do not remove any of the seeds from their breeder packs or sealed individual packaging, as we can not help if the packaging has been tampered with.
At busy periods/holidays, please allow upto 3 working days for your item to ship, you will be notified in advance if it is due to take longer.
